HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE

Super simple and something for the one sitting at home to practice their chocolate tempering! See how to temper under tips & tricks!



Ingredients

250g tempered chocolate of your choice + 50g untempered (I did the direct warming method in my microwave)

200g roasted and salted hazelnuts


Temper the chocolate and add your oven roasted hazelnuts. Let set and serve with some nice coffee or tea! Use any chocolate but make sure to follow my tempering template to get it right!
