PINEAPPLE PIE

This pie is one my mom always makes, she does not like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen so she invented the easiest recipe possible for this amazingly yummy pie!


Piedough


Butter 150g

Sugar 60g or 1dl

White flour 180g or 3dl

Baking powder 1 teaspoon


Mix together everything and pin out in a form either with edges or with removable edges.


Filling

Creme fraiche 200g or 2dl

1 big or 2 small cans of crushed pineapple

Egg 50g or 1pc

Sugar 30g or 1/2 dl

Vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon

Desiccated coconut 100g or 1dl (optional)


Mix everything together and fill the piedough. Bake in 200c for approximately 20-30 min. Let cool down and serve with ice cream or vanilla sauce.
