Chocolate bites, in Swedish called "chokladbollar" is a traditional chocolate confecture that is super simple and tasty!
20 smaller pieces
Ingredients
Rolled white oats 240g or 4dl
Butter roomtemp. 100g
Sugar 60g or 1dl
Cacao 1 tablespoon
Vanilla sugar 2 teaspoons
Brewed coffee 2 tablespoons
Chocolate dark or milk 50g
Decor: Dark chocolate and coconut desiccated
Mix oats to small pieces but no fully into a powder. Mix butter, sugar, cacao and vanilla sugar fluffy with a paddle or a handmixer. Add the coffee, melted chocolate and oats until creamy. Pipe out on a baking paper and place cold or place in fridge for 30min and roll to balls before dipping In chocolate and sprinkle coconut on it.
