To kickstart the weekend I am here sharing a super simple recipe for granola. And apparently no one has missed the on going world situation, so this is a perfect way to use your imagination of your kitchen cabinets or buy the ingredients and make yourself a batch of homemade, energy filled and healthy granola!
Me myself has been in a bubble of stress and solving so I am so sorry for the delayed posts! Now, take a LOOK at this!
Oh, and for those who don't have a scale I will in this recipe share it in deciliters also! If there is any ingredient you don't like or prefer, feel free to mix! This is my base recipe.
Ingredients
Pumpkinseeds 80g (3/4 dl)
Coconut flakes or desiccated 100g (1 dl)
Oats 350g (3.5 dl)
Chia seeds 3 - 4 tablespoons
Any nuts finely chopped 100g (1 dl)I used walnuts
Concentrated apple juice 3 table spoons
Honey OR agave 100g (1 dl)
Coconut oil 1 tbsp
Dried fruit 100g (1dl) I used cranberries
Spices optional: I used some cardamom and cinnamon
Mix the dry ingredients (including optional spices) in a bowl except the dried fruit. Melt honey together with apple juice and coconut oil on a low heat in a pot or pan. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix throughly. Roast in 170C in the middle of your oven for 10 minutes. Mix the granola and bake until golden/darker. Add your dried fruit 2min before taking it out. Let cool down and store in a cool/dry place.
Good luck!
