PEAR CREAM

I grew up eating cold creams sometimes for breakfast, snack or even as a healthier option for dessert! Its naturally sweet and I often prefer to use fruits after season.


Pear cream

3 medium sized pears, medium soft

Water 600g or 6dl

Agave syrup 2 tablespoons

Corn or potato starch 2 tablespoons


Cinnamon if preferred 2 teaspoons


Boil peeled and cut pairs in the water for 2 minutes. Add the agave and cinnamon and boil for another 2 minutes. Mix with a hand blender or in a mixer and put back on stove to a boil. Add the starch mixed with a little water and add to your mixed pears. Boil until it thickens and store in fridge for up to 7 days.
